Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact us via email at email@example.com within 7 working days so that we may assist you.
To qualify for a refund or exchange all items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with tags attached and accompanied with original invoice. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery (purchases online).
For health reasons, there are no returns of exchanges on the purchase of lingerie, jewellery and cosmetics unless they exhibit a genuine manufacturing fault.
Swimwear may be exchanged if they are unworn, unused in original condition with tags attached and hygiene stickers intact. Swimwear must be tried on wearing full briefs. Swimwear will be assessed prior to any returns being processed.
If you have requested a refund for your order, we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be made to the original EFTPOS/Credit Card/Afterpay/Zip Pay at time of purchase. Please allow two weeks for your account to be credited.
If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style size and colour required. The item from the original order will first need to be returned and a new order containing exchanged item will then be processed.
Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs.
